At Orofacial & Dental Implant Surgery we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

We would like to remind you the initial consultation will provide an estimate of your covered benefits and an “out of pocket” will be estimated. A claim will be filed on your behalf which will be reviewed by your insurance company. Our office and you, the patient, will receive a final summary of the coverage which may or may not be the same as the estimate. In some cases there will be an increase in patient’s responsibility. Prompt remittance is greatly appreciated.
