First Visit

A preoperative consultation and physical examination is mandatory for patients undergoing IV anesthesia for surgery. Once you have scheduled for surgery, please have nothing to eat or drink eight hours prior to your surgery. You will also need an adult to drive you home. Your driver must remain in the office before and during the surgery. Patients cannot be dropped off.

X-Rays

If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office via regular mail or email to [email protected]. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they will be taken at our facility. Sometimes a 3D CBCT may be ordered by your surgeon or Facial pain specialist in order to better diagnose your condition. Please be advised there may be an extra charge based on dental plan allowance and verification.
