For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you require a payment plan, CareCredit financing is available through our office. You may also pre-pay for services to be rendered at a later date. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. After your insurance has paid, any remaining balance is your responsibility and you will receive a statement. Conversely, if you are due a refund, you will receive a check. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
